Putin should not be trusted_ Obama warns

Washington (CNN)President Barack Obama says he's concerned about Republican commentators who appear to side with Russia over the US, saying Russian President Vladimir Putin should not be trusted. "What is true is that the Russians intended to meddle and they meddled," Obama told ABC News' George Stephanopoulos in an interview that aired Friday. "One of the things I am concerned about is the degree to which we've seen a lot of commentary lately where there are Republicans or pundits or cable commentators who seem to have more confidence in Vladimir Putin than fellow Americans because those fellow Americans are Democrats." JAMB Registrar Explains delay in sale of 2017 UTME forms

The Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, said the delay was due to issues the board had with sale of scratch cards. He said candidates used to buy scratch cards to access the forms online and that it had been abused thoroughly. “What we wantnt coffers and we are working out the process of doing so to avoid the type of abuse that it has been subjected to,” he told Daily Trust. “So, we want to sell directly and to make sure that candidates pay into TSA account.
